Corporations
Direct contributions from corporations (including incorporated LLCs) are prohibited.

Contribution Limits
Individuals may contribute up to $800 per election, and qualifying organizations or PACs may contribute up to $5,000 per election. Please note that Primary and General elections are treated as separate contribution cycles.

Employer & Occupation Information
Campaign committees must collect and report the full name, mailing address, occupation, and employer for any individual whose contributions exceed $50 in total per calendar year.

Unincorporated Entities
If you are contributing via an LLC, LPA, or partnership account, please include a note specifying the partner or owner to whom the contribution should be attributed.

Source of Funds
By donating, you affirm that you are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, that you are using your own personal or allowable organization funds, and that these funds are not derived from a corporate treasury.
